Your hair should be washed, blown out/detangled, and free of any heavy oils. If your hair is not clean, we have the right to refuse service.

Detangling services can be provided, but may be refused depending on the condition of your hair and if it will conflict with appointments coming after you. If the detangling add-on cannot be performed without conflict, you will be required to reschedule your appointment.

The service cost in your emailed confirmation is your service estimate. Your final price will be determined by any add-ons to your service. (For example, if you require detangling services or have selected a longer length, your final price will be given to you at the time of service.)

Final note: If you’d like a longer style (i.e. thigh length braids, etc) and there are no available appointments, please use the contact form to create your appointment.

Refund Policy:

All services are non-refundable, but we will be happy to schedule a corrective service, free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider; not something a client may have changed their mind on (after the service(s) have been performed). In the case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. The client has 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust/account for the client dissatisfaction. After five (5) days, corrective services will not be allowed/performed.
